"Platform"), owned and operated by ARAB ELEARNING LLC (the
"Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Your use of this Platform and access to our services are
subject to your full acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and
Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully. By accessing,
using, or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

We provide an online educational platform specializing in
language learning courses and digital educational materials. Our services
include, but are not limited to:


  • Self-Paced
    Video Courses:
     Lifetime access to course content after purchase.

  • Live
    Tutoring Sessions:
     One-on-one or group sessions online with
    specialized instructors.

  • Digital
    Learning Materials:
     Downloadable e-books, audio files, and
    guides.

All our products and services are digital and are delivered
entirely online.

2. Eligibility and Account Use


  • Eligibility: You
    must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract to use our services.

  • Accurate
    Information:
     You agree to provide accurate and complete
    information when creating your account and to keep this information
    updated.

  • Account
    Security:
     You are solely responsible for maintaining the
    confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur
    under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
    of your account.

  • Individual
    Use:
     Each account is for personal, individual use only. You may
    not share your login details with any other person.

3. Payment and Transactions


  • Pricing
    and Currency:
     All prices are displayed on our website. All
    transactions are processed in the currency specified at checkout.

  • Payment
    Model:
     Our business model is based on one-time payments for each
    course or service. There are no recurring subscription fees unless
    explicitly stated.

  • Payment
    Gateway:
     All payments are processed securely through our payment
    partner, Stripe. We do not store or handle any
    sensitive credit card information
     on our servers. You agree to
    abide by the terms and conditions of the payment gateway used.

  • Payment
    Confirmation:
     Upon successful completion of a payment, you will
    receive an immediate confirmation via email.

4. Delivery Policy


  • Immediate
    Digital Delivery:
     All our products and services are delivered
    digitally.

  • Access
    to Content:
     Upon successful payment, you will be granted immediate
    access
     to the purchased self-paced courses and digital materials
    through your personal account dashboard on the Platform.

  • Live
    Tutoring Sessions:
     After booking and paying for a live session,
    you will receive an instant booking confirmation containing all necessary
    details, including the date, time, and session link.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. Our refund policy
is clear and transparent as follows:


  • A)
    Self-Paced Video Courses:


    • You
      are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the
      purchase date, provided you have not consumed a significant portion of
      the course content (e.g., viewed more than 25% of the lessons).

    • To
      request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email.


  • B)
    Live Tutoring Sessions:


    • Cancellation
      by Client:
       You may cancel or reschedule your live session for a
      full refund if you do so at least 48 hours before the
      scheduled session time. Requests made after this period may not be
      eligible for a refund.

    • No-Show: If
      you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, you will not
      be eligible for a refund.


  • C)
    Downloadable Digital Materials:


    • Due
      to their nature, all sales of downloadable products (such as e-books) are
      final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded.


6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including text,
graphics, videos, course materials, and logos, is the exclusive property of
ARAB ELEARNING LLC and its instructors and is protected by international
copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, republish,
or sell any part of our content without our express written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or
prohibited purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:


  • Sharing
    content that is defamatory, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.

  • Impersonating
    any other person or entity.

  • Attempting
    to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

  • Behaving
    in an inappropriate or disruptive manner during live tutoring sessions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account
without notice if you violate any of these rules.

For any inquiries or issues regarding your account,
payments, or our services, please contact our customer support team, available

hours.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any
time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on
this page or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes
constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
